If you require a picture of the exact one you will be receiving, message this shop. If it's available, we will be happy to send a picture. Keep in mind that most things in this shop are Made To Order.

How it’s Made
Willow Rain designed these ornaments, She's 6 years old! She rolled out the clay, picked the designs and patterns of each one. Now I make them for her. After they dry they are glazed and fired, then glazed and fired once more in the kiln.

Processing time
Most items in this shop take around 5 to 7 days to complete before shipping. During peak holiday seasons I may have a few pre-made to help with shipping times.
I no not accept returns and exchanges

I don't accept cancellations
Once your Made-to-Order item is started I do not accept cancellations.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or Personalized orders
- Made to order items
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items or towels, undergarments or blankets (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
If a return is granted, the buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Photos are a representation of the item for sale. Glaze can move differently on each piece, this will not be considered a defect. Follow all instructions given for URL lamps. Eureka Art will not be held liable for any use or misuse of these products. Keep away from children.
